The most important ingredient is the 8% standardized Ephedra extract. Ephedrin is a plant, which acts as a natural source for Ephedrine alkaloids, which are frequently used for the production of nutritional food supplements.
These supplements should consist of a certain amount of Ephedrin alkaloids. Unfortunately most of them do not meet these requirements. The percentage of Ephedrin alkaloids contained in Dionamin equals the amount indicated on the label, hence 300 mg extract per capsule correspond to the efficiency of 24 mg Ephedrin HCL (hydrochlorid).
Dynamite Xtreme preserves lean muscle mass through its direct and indirect stimulation of beta-2 receptors. This receptor stimulation increases muscle protein synthesis (builds muscle) and decreases muscle protein degradation (breakdown) while at the same time decreasing body fat levels. You build more muscle and burn more fat.
The stimulation of the related beta-3 receptor is associated with an increased insuline sensitiveness, based upon which the intake of nutrients into muscle cells is increased. The elevated intake of nutrients equals an increase of strength and quicker muscle growth. Dynamite Xtreme targets teh beta-2 and beta 3 receptors for an immense anabolic and katabolic efficiency.
Intake Recommendations

Week 1: 1 capsule before lunch and 1 capsule prior to workout daily
Week 2: 1 capsule before lunch and 2 capsules prior to workout daily
Week 3+4: 2 capsules before lunch and 2 capsules prior to workout daily
