MET-AD17-BLADE (M-BLADE) represents a derivative of testosterone, which generally gets over the "First Pass" by alpha alkylation (i.e. sliding a group of methyls into position 17 alpha) through the liver without being inactivated. Thanks to the sublingual intake however, AA loses its significance and is converted into a novel compound leaving alpha-alkylation without any importance. Result is an extremely high efficiency level with less side effects. M-BLADE is capable of attaching directly on to estrogen receptors, and as such the associated activation of the estrogen receptors is rather low.
