Power Nutrition 4you delivers either for cash on delivery or payment in advance (bank transfer to a USA NUTRITION bank account).
(2) Right to return
Unused, intact original goods can be sent back within 14 days after receipt. It can be exchanged or you get your money back.

With any complaints we request to inform us by letter, E-mail or telephone.

We inform you, that we store and process your data- if necessary for business and according to data-protection-laws.

For all deliverys only our terms of delivery and payment are in force.

All delivered goods stay in our property until total payment.

We deliver with UPS or postal service.

All contractual commitments are subject to english law.
International laws of purchase are out of question. Competent court of law is
London, for full traders, for persons without a common court in their native
country, for persons that moved their place of residence abroad after contract
or people with unknown residence at time of suit.
